Sharing your story can help you to feel less alone and inspire others

Sharing your heart story can be a rewarding experience. It’s a way of helping others on their own heart journey, inspiring them to keep going and to stay motivated to make heart-healthy changes. You may find comfort from others as well when you share your story.
